The Renaissance 1890 project marks the rebirth of a late 19th-century building located on one of the most important streets in Alcântara. This building features unmistakable Pombaline-style architecture, evident in its symmetries, high ceilings, and intricately designed ceilings. These historical architectural traits will be fully preserved and restored in this rehabilitation project, returning the facade to its original splendor and beauty.

Renaissance 1890 will be a landmark residential project in Lisbon, blending the classical antiquity of the facade with the most modern standards of comfort and convenience in the interiors. This project aims to restore and return to Alcântara and the city the most imposing building on Prior do Crato Street.
